Callie adores Sara.  She looks up to her so much!  Sara is an awesome big sis! 

Tobin's Big Fall

  Tobin took a tumble down our basement stairs, which if you've seen them they are killer.  He had a pretty bad cut.  I took him to the ER where they mended his open wound with glue and took a CAT scan.  Everything is okay, thankfully!  I was at the grocery store when Sara called and asked if I would be home soon.  That was a heart stopping experience.  We're so glad he's okay.  He was a real trooper through the whole experience.

Daddy Daughter Dance 2012

      Jon and Sara were able to enjoy another year at the Daddy Daughter Dance.  Sara's friends Ava and Anna Grace were also there.  Sar areally wanted her hair straightened for the event, so I did my best :)  They had a great time.  Although, it's more of a dance with friends event than dance with dad event.

Adoption Day 2012

  We celebrated Sara's adoption this year with a cake and little gift.  It was a neat experience to recount how God brought Sara into our lives and how thankful we are for that.  We had fun celebrating it, and it gave her an opportunity to ask some questions about her life story.  It is hard to believe it has been 5 years since she became a Bartholomay!  We are truly blessed and thankful for our Serenity Ann.

Chillin at the Mills

We spent the afternoon at Huron Mills Park in Ann Arbor. They had a dog sled team, klondike races, marshmallow roasting, snow painting/sculpting, and fort building. The kids had a great time! Sara has loved dog sledding for almost 3 years now - ever since she saw Balto the movie. It was really fun to see the dogs pull the sled and meet the woman that takes care of them.

Together

Part of the fun of being a twin is having someone to play with and do things with. Typically, if either Callie or Tobin begin to do something the other one immediately joins in. Most of the time, they play wonderfully together, and think it is more fun to have a partner. This has been both good and bad. When they are doing something good - it's great, when they are looking for trouble - it's TROUBLE :) They also do seem to understand each other. One of them will be trying to tell me something and while I'm trying to figure it out the other one will solve the problem, like finding a missing sippy cup or somthing. It has been a lot of fun having twins.
