Sara was able to participate in the Multi Age Program at Paddock this past year. She really loved being with 2nd graders and having the various experiences offered in this classroom. Her main teacher was Ms. Sutherland (she will have her again for 2nds grade). Grandma Sands was an assistant int he classroom. Mrs. Jeppesen was Sara's math teacher and sometimes reading helper. Sara loved all her teachers. We feel so blessed taht she has had such wonderful teachers!!
We celebrated Callie and Tobin's third birthday with family. This was the first year that they really anticipated their birthday. They talked about it for weeks before and every day after they wanted to know when their next birthday was going to be. It is so fun to see the joy of celebrating the life of one another. Children really seem to get the idea of enjoying and celebrating life.
For Jonas' 5 year birthday he had a friend party. We went with a super hero theme because he loves super heroes!! They had fun with the batman pinata, the superhero obstacle course, pin the batsignal on the poster, and water balloon toss. Jonas was so excited for his party. He loved having his buddies here.
Jonas has been asking for the last two years to go to the Mommy Son Dance. He loves to dance! The timing never worked out, but finally this year it did! I got to dance with my two handsome cowboys! Jonas was a little disappointed when he discovered Mommy Son dances did not include Dads, but he adjusted :) We will have to go again. Both boys loved it!!
